How can I get an Early Access Code?
No, unfortunately there are no more early access codes. We gave these to our most loyal followers and customers in advance.
But don't panic: We counted the codes carefully to ensure that all colors are still available at 6 p.m.
Will my watches fit on the pillows?
Yes, we have different pillow sizes to fit every wrist. You can choose the pillow size directly on the product page. There you will also find a size guide to make sure it is the right pillow for you.
If, contrary to expectations, the pillow doesn't fit, you have a 60-day pillow guarantee: Within 60 days of purchase, we will exchange your pillow for you in the right size free of charge.
Does my watch fit the role?
Yes , almost all watches in all case sizes fit into the roll, from the Lady-Datejust to the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Off-Shore or the Panerais with 47mm+ .
However, if you are unsure, you can simply send your roll back up to 30 days from delivery and get your money refunded. No questions asked.

Where are the watch rolls shipped from?
All watch rolls are shipped directly to you from Germany.
Every single watch roll first arrives at us in Bietigheim-Bissinegn and is then checked by Jenni and Kai.
We then send the watch rolls to our logistics partner, who will take care of the packaging and shipping after the order has been placed.
This ensures that every customer has their watch roll in their hands after 1-2 working days. (International 4-7 days)
How much is the shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide.
How long does delivery take
Shipping for watch rolls in stock takes 1-2 working days within Germany.
Shipping in the EU takes 2-4 working days, internationally about 5-10 working days.
Products not in stock are clearly marked and have a delivery time of 5-12 weeks.
Do I have a right of return?
Yes. You have a right of return within 30 days of delivery, including free return shipping from the EU.
Outside the EU , we cover the return shipping costs up to a net amount of €25 per order & customer - if the return costs are more expensive, the customer is responsible for the difference between the €25 and the actual return shipping costs.
You don't have to give a reason for your return, just write us an email and we will send you a return shipping label. No questions asked.
Do I have to pay duties or taxes?
In contrast to many other providers, we do not do “dropshipping”, but send our watch rolls directly from Germany.
This means: Within Germany and the EU you do not have to pay any customs duties or taxes when you order from us.
If you order from a third country (outside the EU), you may have to pay the taxes and duties typical for your country. But in return you can then get the 19% German tax back from us (see next bullet point)
Can I shop “tax-free”?
Yes, if you order from a third country (outside the EU; e.g. Switzerland or USA) you can purchase without German VAT.
Please send us the receipt of your import payment. We will then refund you 19% of the purchase price.
