Outside our watch rolls are made of real leather.

We use different types of leather such as smooth leather from the cattle or shrinked veal leather ("Togo" leather).

Important for you: the roles are durable and can last for a lifetime.

Inside We use Alcantara for our rolls. This material is soft and is perfect so that your watches are transported scratch-proof.

Yes there will be an early access with code.

What does that mean?

In the past, we always had customers who wanted to make sure that they can certainly buy the role in their desired color.

Experience has shown that if the collection always starts a very large rush on our watch rolls.

That is why we give away a limited number of Early Access Codes.

With a personal early access code as a password, you can enter the shop on September 10th at 5:30 p.m. instead of 6 p.m. and shop before all others.

From 6 p.m. the shop will be open to everyone.

(No panic: The early access codes are counted exactly - so that at 6 p.m. every single watch roll model will still be in stock)

No, the watch rolls are not limited.

However, we have in every collection unique watchrolls which after completing the collection will never be released it again.

Our collections usually run for 3-6 months.

Our watch rolls are made forever like the timepieces they keep.

The only thing you should pay attention to is Not to bring your watchroll into contact with substances such as alcohol or aggressive chemicals because this can harm the leather.

Clean the watch roll by using a soft cotton towel.

This way your LEINBACH product can be a lifelong companion for you and your watches.

Yes, almost all watches fit into the rolls in all housing sizes, From the lady-datejust to the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Off-Shore or the Panerais with 47mm+.

If you are unsure, if in doubt, you can simply send your roll back up to 30 days from delivery and get your money back. No Questions Asked.

Often we get the question Whether even small bracelets (or large) fit around the pillows without stretching and damaging the bracelet.

For this you can simply select your cushion in the right size for your watchroll, We have the right pillows for every wrist.

The pillows are made of very soft Alcantara, so that the watches can also be strapped around the pillow a little tighter, without that it harms the bracelets.

If the pillows that you order did not fit, you can simply let us know.

Up to 60 days after the purchase we will replace your pillows for free.

Of course, just write a note about your order in the shopping cart and tell us how many of the pillows in your role should be delivered.

It is enough if you tell us the wrist sizes.

All watchrolls are shipped directly from Germany.

Every single watchroll arrives in Bietigheim Bissingen (Germany) and is then checked by Jenni, Kai & The team.

Then we send the watchrolls to our logistics partner, who takes over the packaging and shipping after ordering.

This ensures that every customer holds his watch role in hands after 1-2 working days.

Shipping is worldwide for free.

Shipping for watchrolls takes 1-2 working days within Germany.

In the EU, shipping takes 2-4 working days, internationally approx. 5-10 working days.

Yes. From delivery you have 30 days right of return, including free return from the EU.

Outside of the EU we will cover the return costs up to a height of € 25 net per order - if the return costs are more expensive, the customer bears the difference between € 25 and the actual return costs.

We worked in many countries with producers.

Among other things, we had watchrolls manufactured in Germany, India, Turkey, Italy and Singapore.

The producer we have decided is a German company with a production location in India, who exclusively produces our watchrolls according to German quality- and working-standards for us.

(You can not purchase the LEINBACH watchrolls anywhere else than from LEINBACH and our official retailing partners).

This producer was also the most expensive of everyone tested, but he was the only one who was able and willing to fulfill our quality standards.

(You will notice that if you hold one of our roles in your hand).

It was also important to us that the employee conditions there are on German standards (good employee atmosphere, clean rooms, good working conditions).

A fair origin of the leather is a matter of course for us and our employees.

In the future we will also take a tour through production to show you where the rolls are made.

In contrast to many other providers, we do not operate "dropshiping", but send our watchrolls directly from Germany.

That means: You don't have to pay customs or taxes within Germany and the EU if you order from us.

If you order from a third country (outside the EU, like USA), you may have to pay the taxes typical of your country and customs.
